Hi Stu - you should have gotten an email pointing you to this page:

If you scroll about halfway down, you'll see that the md5 check says that the files are missing, apparently because you renamed them after creating the checksum.

So go to Edit item > item manager > checkout, reopen the FTP, and replace the md5. Then Edit item > item manager > derive and that should fix it!

Thank you so much! I see what I did wrong now...stupid mistake but now I fixed it, re-did the md5 and re-uploaded it. I was wondering how long it would take after this to see derivatives? Thanks again for the help!!
